natural rubber. The plates will be placed on the cylinder roller of the printing machine to produce high
volume printing. This is the most common, and cost-effective way for printing plastic bags.
Plate thickness: Rubber:.110 ; Photopolymer:.112
Plate quantity: 1 plate per color per side ; 2 plates per color if the bag length or width is less than 10”
Eye mark and suffocation warning label: We have ready-to-use slugs on site
Photopolymer plate type: Solvent wash
Line screen: 45 to 60 lines per inch
Registration tolerance & trap: Our standard registration tolerance is 1/8”. The machine’s jumping
movements will shift the printing positions slightly. To avoid this happening, keep two colors apart
with certain space. Ideally we recommend the space setting to be 1/2 inch or more. When two
colors meet, a 4.5 point trap - 1/16” is required to trap the colors.
Plate storage policy: All printing plates will be disposed automatically after 2 years if there is no
recurring usage within this time frame.
Screen printing: It’s a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. We’ve
applied screen printing to our non-woven bags, non-woven rayon bamboo bags and non-woven jute bags.
Line screen: 30 to 40 lines per inch at 45 degrees.
Font size and lines: 16 pt or bigger for font size and 2 pt or thicker for lines.
